Before launching the company, Lawrence developed strong project coordination and operational discipline at Evergrow Jamaica, contributing to large-scale facilities work, including projects on the U.S. Embassy grounds in Kingston. This foundation shaped the company’s commitment to clear scopes, controlled budgets, and dependable delivery.
Bringing this structured approach to South Florida, Lawrence established Telracs with a simple goal, to deliver high-quality service with precision and care. What began as a single-truck operation has grown into a trusted HVAC provider, while maintaining a strong focus on personalized service.
